Several types of ovens are proposed by us to our customers: Werner&Pfeiderer BACKSTAR 800, GASSNER BACKMAX 264 plus, SALVA 5 BL, Wiesheu ELDO and MINIMAT Zibo.
They make it possible to bake 48-193 pieces rolls in one course. It gives 768 pieces within an hour. Each oven includes a set of top plates.
Ovens BACKSTAR 800 AND SALVA 5 BL shall be supplied by 380 V and requires a water connection 3". Other types of ovens are supplied by 220 V and are equipped in water containers. It is not necessary to connect them to the water-pipe network.
The type and dimension of a proposed oven depend upon minimal monthly turnover declared by a customer. Below, you will find a list of ovens and information on the turnover amount:
